Returns and Warranty Policy – Voutag

Returns:
At Voutag, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your Voutag suitcase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The suitcase must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact our customer service team at team@voutag.com to receive a return authorization number. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.

We offer free returns, covering all return shipping costs, and will provide you with a prepaid return label.


Voutag Warranty Policy

18-Month Warranty
Voutag provides an 18-month warranty covering all functional aspects of your suitcase. This ensures your suitcase remains fully operational during this period.

Lifetime Warranty
For extended peace of mind, Voutag offers a Lifetime Warranty available for purchase, covering all functional aspects of your suitcase for its lifetime.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic wear and tear, misuse, or abuse.
  • Damage caused by airlines or other transport carriers (compensation must be sought from the carrier).
  • Luggage sold "as-is," "preconditioned," or previously used.
  • Locked luggage (see "Your Responsibilities" below for assistance).

At Voutag, we use premium materials to craft our luggage. Reinforced aluminum corners and secure frames ensure durability, while the unique marks and scratches accumulated over time tell the story of your journeys—adding character to your suitcase.


Making a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, notify Voutag at team@voutag.com within the warranty period. Include a completed warranty certificate or proof of purchase.

Upon receipt, Voutag will assess the defect. If covered, we will repair or replace the suitcase and cover all associated shipping costs, including return shipping.

Covered Defects Include:

  • Wheels, handles, or telescopic handles that break or fail due to engineering malfunctions.

Excluded Conditions:

  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, stains, or color changes that do not affect functionality.
  • Replacement of non-defective components.
  • Locked luggage issues (proof of ownership may be required).

Sole and Exclusive Remedy
In the event of a defect, Voutag will, at its discretion, repair or replace the suitcase. Replacement luggage may differ in color or design, particularly for limited-edition or discontinued products.

  • Provide proof of purchase or a completed warranty certificate when making a claim.
